We are currently in-network providers for Delta Dental and Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield through employers or individual plans.

Please note: we do not accept MCNA, Delta Dental Wellness (Iowa Medicaid), or DentaQuest.

We are happy to submit claims for all other insurance plans (including MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Sun Life, Guardian, and others); however, we would be considered out-of-network providers with those plans.

Here are a few important things to keep in mind regarding dental insurance coverage:

- Your insurance company makes the final determination on what services are covered
- Some procedures may be downgraded by your insurance company (for example, tooth-colored fillings may be reimbursed at a lower rate than silver fillings)
- Deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, and frequency limitations may affect your out-of-pocket cost
